Do we need an account?

No. Games and videos are open to everyone. A parent account is only needed to create child profiles and to like games and videos.

Is Joylino really free?

Yes. Everything is free, and there are no advertisements.

A game does not start. What can we do?

Refresh the page and check your internet connection; games work best in an up-to-date browser. If it still does not start, write to us and tell us which game it is.

I forgot my password.

Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page and we will send a reset link to your e-mail address.

How do I delete a child's profile?

Open the profile's settings and choose delete. We ask for the parent's password first; the profile's likes and history are deleted with it.
